Gregory B. Gilmore’s primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, products liability and mass torts, premises liability, automobile negligence, insurance coverage and defense, general liability defense, and ERISA litigation. Mr. Gilmore’s practice includes defense of professional liability and errors and omissions claims. He represents a major oil company in toxic tort matters involving benzene.
Mr. Gilmore also has been part of the defense team in a number of employment discrimination and harassment matters, both in the Courts in New Jersey and New York, and before the EEOC and state and local anti-discrimination agencies.
Mr. Gilmore received his B.S. from Montclair State University and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York. He is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Fair Housing Council of Northern New Jersey.
